Our growing virtual accounting firm is seeking a Part-Time Operations Assistant.
This position will be working directly with the Operations Lead on administrative tasks 25-30 hours per week.

Day to day position:
Client onboarding/offboarding
Payroll
Birthday/anniversary cards
Inbox management
Collections
Assists in preparing regularly scheduled reports
Other projects and assignments as needed.
Skills:
Technical skills: Word, Excel, Dropbox, and overall technologically savvy.
Experience with Quickbooks Online preferred
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
High school diploma; some college preferred
Bookkeeping experience is a plus!
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is eager to assist our growing virtual team with a wide array of tasks.

You must be available to work Monday-Friday. This position is completely remote, but must be based in the U.S. and the schedule is based on Eastern Standard Time.
We offer an opportunity to work virtually but we do require weekly video meetings.
Pay: $13-$16 per hour.
