Kid to Kid is looking for a fun and friendly assistant manager who will help train and supervise multiple part-time employees mornings & weekends . The assistant manager will also help appraise and process incoming product, and maintain an organized store.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND

The Store Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the store. This is a key carrying position with opening and closing responsibilities.

Assists with daily management responsibilities of the store

Partner with store leadership to drive a successful culture of sales and performance for all associates.

Proven track record of high performance in relation to motivating a high performing sales team

Supports Total Customer Service responsibilities by ensuring that customer needs are met

Assists in managing Cash and Inventory Control

Supervises associates and delegates tasks to assure productivity

Understands and ensures Kid to kid policies and procedures are followed

Minimum of 5 years of retail apparel leadership/management experience that allowed you the opportunity to lead aspects of the business and develop team members

Fashion Industry knowledge preferred
