    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    This is an immediate need for a Training & Certification (TAC) Support Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role would be 30 hours/week and would report to the Assistant Director of Training and will be based in Frisco, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience in coaching athletics; kids and/or adult fitness, teaching, and fitness training.

    The mission of the TAC Support Admin is to support our TAC Trainers, our KidStrong franchisees and HQ Leadership team in administrative and learning functions by reducing bottlenecks and increasing the availability of information, support and learning opportunities. The TAC Support Admin assists the Directors of Training and Education in all related tasks and job functions.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Maintain our training network and franchisee relations by providing information and being a

    resource for our franchisee’s in their on-boarding for various trainings, certifications and KidStrong center openings.

    Act as a training and certification coordinator for events including AD Trainings, HC/CD Certifications, Coach Certifications, high-level HQ meetings, team functions and KidStrong-related Conventions.

    Ensure continuous improvement and innovation, demonstrating the ability to maintain high standards in line with the company’s core values and beliefs.

    Maintain and manage the training help desk for the TAC department.

    Answer questions in a timely manner and connect Leadership staff members when needed to franchise partners.

    Assist in sending out franchise surveys, collecting data, completing reports, and tracking and distributing communication to our franchise owners.

    Assist in editing and proof-reading any material needed for franchisee partners

    Assist in on-boarding new centers and new franchise partners by training and guiding them through our technology portal and ensuring access to technology resources.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    1+ year of related experience in event coordinating and management

    Strong organizational and forward-thinking mindset in all tasks

    Strong attention to detail and high standards of work quality

    Proficiency using Google Docs, Microsoft products, Trello and Slack

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    Love of physical activity, teaching and other relevant experiences

    Ability to work 30 hours/week
