The KidStrong Camp Coach is responsible for delivering a safe, structured, and high-energy camp experience that drives kid impact, parent trust, and future revenue (conversion + retention).
This role leads programming across brain, physical, and character development for kids ages 4–11.

Core Responsibilities
Programming & Coaching
Lead groups of 20–30 campers
Maintain high-energy, structured environment
Leads HQ designated programming
Operations & Safety
Execute check-in and track attendance
Ensure 100% supervision and safety at all times
Communicate with parents professionally
Facility & Standards
Complete end-of-day reset (trash, sanitize, equipment)
Cleaning throughout the day
Ensuring Equipment is properly used and maintained
Team & Communication
Complete all required training + certifications
Attend required staff meetings
Staffing & Execution Standards
