💪 KIDSTRONG COACH – Build Stronger, Smarter, More Confident Kids

Are you a coach, educator, or youth leader who loves helping kids grow — physically, mentally, and emotionally? At KidStrong Omaha, we’re building a team of passionate professionals who know that confidence, strength, and character are the foundation of success in every area of life.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real difference while being part of a fun, energetic, and supportive team — this is it.

    🧠 WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?

KidStrong is a science-based training program that helps parents raise stronger, smarter, more confident kids — from walking age through 11 years old. We focus on three pillars of growth: brain, physical, and character development.

Classes are fast-paced, structured, and led by professional coaches who love inspiring kids and communicating progress with parents.

We’re not a daycare or a traditional gym — we’re a training center built to help kids win at life.

    🚀 THE ROLE: KIDSTRONG COACH

As a KidStrong Coach, you’ll lead engaging, high-energy classes designed to challenge kids and celebrate their growth. You’ll coach, motivate, and connect — helping families see their child’s confidence and strength skyrocket.

    We’re looking for coaches who:

Have experience working with children ages 15 months–8 years

Come from a background in youth sports, physical education, OT/PT, or child development

Love motivating kids, communicating with parents, and being part of a mission-driven team

Bring energy, leadership, and professionalism to every class

    Schedule:

Weekdays: mid-mornings and evenings (ending by 7 PM)

    Weekends: mornings through lunchtime

Flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional coaching hours

    ✅ QUALIFICATIONS

Experience coaching or teaching young children

Strong communication and parent engagement skills

Knowledge of movement, exercise technique, and child development
