We are looking for candidates with an athletic or coaching background that have experience working with kids ages 15mo-11 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience. Our classes run on weekdays mid-morning and evenings until 7 pm. On weekends we start at 8 AM and run through lunchtime. Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on center needs. Also the opportunity to add private parties and academy (camp) coaching hours.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience coaching students within the KidStrong age range (15 months-11 years old).

Experience communicating with and educating parents

Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics

CPR certified

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

Self-starter that just gets a job done

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on the brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.KidStrong is a unique child development program that founders Matt and Megin Sharp created for their daughter Ella after going to other children’s activities. She was a PE teacher and had seen how much children were struggling now both physically, mentally, and socially. The goal of the program is to empower parents and kids and give them the tools to succeed at life. We teach everything from pull ups to introducing yourself.
