At KidStrong, we build strong, confident, high-character kids through a science-based curriculum that develops the whole child: Brain, Body, and Character. That work happens in centers, led by coaches and leaders who have been trained to deliver it with excellence every single time. That's where you come in.

As an HQ Field Trainer, you hold the bar. You train and certify coaches, center leaders and area developers in order to protect the integrity of the KidStrong experience across every center. You don't just teach the playbook, you embody it.

This role sits at the intersection of coaching standards, culture protection, and franchise talent development — training and evaluating candidates on the floor, making certification decisions, and ensuring every KidStrong center opens and continues to operate with coaches who meet the KidStrong standard.

TAC Trainers are the last line of quality control before a coach enters a KidStrong center. They assess not just technical coaching ability, but KidStrong DNA: command presence, teacher DNA, performer instinct, and the ability to lead a class independently from day one.

If you thrive in front of a room, love developing people, and believe that consistency in training is what separates good brands from great ones, keep reading.

    What You’ll Do

    Deliver World-Class Training

Lead KidStrong Certifications and training events at HQ and in-center across the U.S. and Canada

Train and evaluate coaches, GMs, and AGMs on curriculum delivery, operations, sales, member experience, culture, and leadership competencies

Facilitate engaging training sessions for adult learners at all experience levels

Provide real-time coaching and structured feedback to candidates

Deliver clear, direct feedback to candidates and ADs on outcomes, including failed certifications, with documented rationale and defined next steps

Model KidStrong brand standards in every room you enter, every time

Hold the line on standards; a "pass" from a TAC Trainer means the candidate is ready for the floor

Travel consistently per the certification calendar, including weekends and consecutive travel weeks

Coach live classes as needed to demonstrate the standard

Observe live classes to evaluate coaching quality against KidStrong curriculum and delivery standards, and share feedback with coaches and leadership

Maintain calibration across the trainer team to ensure certification standards are applied consistently, regardless of who delivers them

Stay current on all updates to training content, curriculum, and evaluation standards

Maintain safety standards at all times

    Execute Training Operations

Complete all required pre- and post-certification tasks on time and to standard

Communicate certification status, candidate evaluations, and results clearly to internal and external stakeholders

Provide field-informed feedback on curriculum gaps, process improvements, and emerging center needs to the L&D team

Utilize all required systems to accurately track certifications, training outcomes, and franchisee progress

    Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of training and/or fitness coaching experience

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Ability to travel the USA and Canada on a consistent basis
