We are looking for a a strong coaching presence at our Woodbury location. The ideal candidate can coach three evenings per week and lead operations on Sundays. This position is 20 to 25 hours per week.

OPEN ROLE & SCHEDULE
We are looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15 months - to 11 years old

The Lead Coach would focus on coaching children on the brain, physical, and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum three evenings per week (3-8p and lead out front desk operations on Sundays from 8:30-2:30p)
The ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind the KidStrong curriculum.
This position works closely with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence, facility upkeep, connecting with potential customers, and coordinating events.
Set schedules for the coaching staff
Assess and evaluate the center's coaches' performances and execution
Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on studio needs.
Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private class coaching hours.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
Previous experience in management or customer service is preferred but not required
Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age group is preferred
Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on the KidStrong curriculum
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
CPR certified
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter who just gets a job done
