    Kiddie Academy of Five Forks has an opportunity for an energetic and optimistic educator to join our family us as CoTeacher for our 2 year old classroom.

    Candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, responsible and love working with young children. Education in Early Childhood and/or experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities include assisting with general classroom management and childcare duties. Teachers must take ownership of communicating with administration, co-teachers and parents. The ideal candidate is dependable, confident, team-oriented and relationship oriented.

    Teachers at Kiddie Academy of Five Forks are treated like professional educators, because they are! They have daily planning time, an hour lunch break each day, a classroom budget for needed items, opportunities to order art supplies each month, freedom and flexibility in planning their own lessons (but with plenty of support available from our Education & Training Coordinator and administrative staff) all required training hours are provided at no cost and are paid hours.

    Each classroom has a structured schedule with time for the children to go to extra curricular activities, the school library and playground each day.

    Job Responsibilities: Responsible for co-teaching in a primary classroom. Duties include caring for immediate needs of the children and managing the classroom. Implementing pre-planned curriculum. Comfort and professionalism when communicating with parents at drop off and pick up time is expected.

    Pay Rate: Starting pay rate is based on experience and credentials Hours: 8AM-5PM

    Benefits: Paid holidays offered upon the beginning of employment. PTO accrues with each year of service. Health Essentials Plan provided by the employer for the employee (includes $25 virtual doctor visits, dental coverage, vision coverage and prescription discount plan). Employees may add family members to health essentials, but are responsible for the premium. Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance also offered after 90 days of employment, with employee premiums for selected plans covered by the employer at 50% right away and an additional 10% with each year of service. Educational assistance also available for qualified employees. Educational pursuits related to Early Childhood Education are highly encouraged and incentivized. Finally, personal finance management assistance with cash rewards is available to those who would like to participate.
