    This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 6th, 2022 and will end on August 12, 2022.

    You will work on:

    • Projects are available in various areas of the Kidney Care team; may include Health Policy, Device Commercialization, , Product Management, or Dialysis Operations.
    • Examples of potential projects/work include:
    • Developing an initial strategy and go to market approach to advance innovative device market entry products
    • Supporting product development and commercialization of products including: new clinic delivery models, pharmacy and purchasing services, digital clinic/patient tools, value-based care models, and care delivery services
    • Analyzing and improving success of dialysis -Designing and implementing a public health intervention to support patients with kidney disease

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
    • 2+ years of professional work experience
    • Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
    • Ability to work with datasets and statistical software

    COVID REQUIREMENTS

    COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Demonstrated leadership experience and initiative
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
    • Previous consulting, healthcare, and or retail experience preferred but not required
    • Ability to creatively problem solve and use data to inform decisions
    • Bachelor's degree with technical, research or healthcare focus

    EDUCATION

    • You should currently be pursuing an MBA, MPH or MHA degree
    • Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2022 and August 2023
