Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while their parents participate in activities. This role requires a passion for working with children and the ability to manage various age groups effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in fun and educational activities.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club area.

Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children.

Assist with childcare needs, including diaper changes and feeding infants as necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all toys and equipment are sanitized regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience in the Kids Club.

Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.

Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all families.

Create and manage the schedule

Hire and Train Staff

Qualifications

Proven experience in babysitting, caregiving, or childcare settings.

Previous Leadership or Management Experience

Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.

Experience working with students or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.

Knowledge of daycare operations and infant care practices is a plus.

Background in special education or related fields is advantageous.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

A genuine love for working with children and fostering their development.
