    The Role: KidStrong Children’s Coach

    We’re seeking an enthusiastic coach with athletic or teaching experience—especially with kids ages 12 months to 11 years. You'll lead dynamic classes focused on brain, physical, and character development, following KidStrong’s evolving curriculum.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Coach classes of 6-15 kids (ages 12 months - 11 years)

    Deliver engaging, high-energy sessions based on the KidStrong curriculum

    Clearly communicate "the why" behind the program to parents

    Keep classes on schedule, maintaining pace and energy

    Greet and connect with each child and parent at every class

    Demonstrate exercises and ensure safety and correct technique

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized center (includes light cleaning duties)

    Track attendance, milestones, and achievements via the KidStrong Coach’s App

    Collaborate with teammates through Slack communication

    Attend monthly programming meetings and ongoing training sessions

    Lead special programs like KidStrong Academy during school breaks

    Obtain and maintain KidStrong Coach Certification

    Schedule:

    Weekdays: Morning (9-11 am) & Evenings (up to 7 pm)

    Weekends: Mornings (8 am - Noon)

    Flexible hours based on studio needs

    What Makes You a Fit:

    A true passion for working with kids (non-negotiable!)

    Prior experience coaching or teaching kids preferred

    Confident communicator—able to engage both kids and parents

    Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and child development

    CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

    Positive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment

    Comfortable being in the spotlight and leading the charge

    Bonus points for: Experience as a pediatric OT/PT or similar background (not required)
