Job Description: We are looking for people who genuinely love children and are fun and outgoing. As a Lead Coach, you will be expected to lead and train other team members. You will be leading classes, parties, camps, and events.

Position Requirements:

Ability to work 15-25 hours per week, including weekends

Strong interpersonal skills – high-spirited, helpful, welcoming

Effective communication skills – thorough with instructions with children, timely and thorough information to parents, appropriate escalation skills to the director, assistant director, and coworkers, excellent verbal and written skills

Effective team lead and motivational skills – demonstrate time management skills, room management, motivating in a positive manner

Exceptional Customer Service skills (with parents, children, walk-ins, responding courteously and professionally, focused on building and supporting the gym)

Basic administrative and organizational skills – attentive to schedules/appointments and gym organization

Successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Bring energy, drive, and hustle to the team

1 year of experience working with children in an active environment (preferred, but not required)– types of prior experience: cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, coaching, theater lend well to training
