As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for converting prospects into paid members for our KidStrong Centers, generating leads at the local level, and keeping an organized account of your time. At first, you will lead presales efforts for our New Center Opening in the Fairfax market. While the Center is under construction, remote work is available. Presence in the market is required. There is opportunity to transition to continue support across other markets as needed by the business. You will be a brand ambassador, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed membership goals. Our ideal candidate will have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding goals, be organized, overcome objections and be open to a flexible schedule. This role will continue to report into your assigned Center Director with oversight from Operations.
Our candidate will also be a strong communicator, and is happy to lean towards overcommunication with the centers they support as well as their manager in order to ensure trial members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong experience.
You Will:
Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads
Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong corporate/L5 Be Brave team requests and client/lead requests
Oversee the sales process and systems. Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required; ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and auto dialer systems
Work closely with Directors and Leadership team on seamless process building our membership for observations, trials, and enrollments
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity
Weekly meeting with Center leadership to assess and drive the overall portfolio performance and/or attending meetings and community events
Collaborate and create local lead generating opportunities for the Centers you serve
You Have:
Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
Demonstrated urgency during promotional cycles to maximize return on ad spend
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
Practical work experience using
Prior experience in outbound phone sales and CRM experience is strongly preferred, but not required
Experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is strongly preferred
