We're looking for our next physical therapist. You will work with people who have mobility issues due to developmental or neurological delays, or after surgery or an injury, and help them develop a treatment plan. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating personalized rehabilitation plans for patients while also providing them with physical therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Responsibilities: • Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient • Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns • Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols Qualifications: • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • This position requires passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
