(Corpus Christi, TX area)ResponsibilitiesSupport Kiewit Offshore Services Environmental department with regulatory researchKeep abreast of Federal environmental legislation and regulations and conduct regulatory researchCreate toolbox topics to be shared on the projectsCreate and participate in sustainability and environmental incentives on siteReview Environmental Permits and assist in maintaining the environmental matrixAssist with electronic solutions and data input to track company environmental performanceAssist with preparation and presentation of environmental trainingParticipate in field exercises at projects and conduct vendor reviewsOverall department support and duties as assignedAssist in completion of on-site inspections following regulatory compliance guidelines per on site permittingQualificationsPursuing a degree in environmental science or related field in environmental compliance or engineeringProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Detail oriented, flexible and highly motivatedStrong work ethic and professional demeanorEffective time management and organizational skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accuratelyExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsTeam player but able to work independently to meet intense deadlines, goals and objectives Willingness and flexibility to travel, as neededAbility to work 30-40 hours in the summerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
