THE ROLE:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)  with relevant experiences. THIS IS AN IN CLINIC POSITION. 

Are you a customer focused RN/LVN with expert IV administration experience looking to join a revolutionary women's healthcare company?  Kiira Health is seeking  full-time RN/LVN to join our dynamic team of physicians, clinical providers and corporate staff to deliver accessible and quality healthcare to our multicultural member base at our new Los Angeles clinic. 

Our team is expanding our virtual and in person clinic care team and we are looking for a RN/LVN who is passionate about delivering care to young women. As a RN/LVN, you will be an integral part of the Kiira care delivery system. You will see patients in PERSON.

We are a startup and a lot of our product development is a collaborative effort so we will be asking you for insights and feedback to help our development and executive team.  This position is a part-time, hourly paid position with the opportunity to become full time with benefits.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Primary responsibilities include managing Kiira's Clinic and VIP IV therapy lounge:

• Patient intake and triage for routine care
•  IV Therapy (mixing and administering) 
• Intramuscular Vitamin Injections
• Blood Draws
• COVID-19, other respiratory, routine health panel and STD testing

SKILLS: 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as a team player. 
• Possesses self-initiative, creativity, and motivation. 
• Possesses the ability to accept direction from supervisors, and work with management team. 
• Possesses the ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks as assigned. 
• Expert administer of IV injections and/or IV infusions.
• Performs and show expertise in laboratory tests. 
• Supervisory experience/charge nurse experience is preferred. 
• Ability to assist in scheduling and appointments as needed
• Ability to develop clinic protocols and user manuals and effectively train and communicate Kiira policies and procedures to new hires.

REQUIREMENTS:

You're a board-certified Registered Nurse (RN), with BSN or MSN or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with relevant work experience.

Active and unrestricted licenses in the state of California

BLS certification 

Highly tech-savvy

Must be able to work in Kiira's Los Angeles clinic

Ability to proficiently use an autoclave 

Ability to become an expert to perform various tests with our in-lab testing equipment
