Kiira Health's virtual clinic is revolutionizing women's health for young women, starting with colleges and universities. Kiira's HIPAA compliant platform connects users to trusted clinicians including Primary Care Physicians, OB/GYN's, Mental Health Experts/Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and more via phone, video, and chat.

YOUR ROLE:

As a full-stack engineer at Kiira, you'll be key in the continued development and expansion of our core software platform and in the launch of next-generation technologies designed to revolutionize the virtual health industry. This position has responsibilities encompassing our full tech stack, from technical infrastructure reliability to the development of new innovative features. You'll participate in all stages of development and collaborate with our senior leadership team to solve problems and build innovative solutions

• Develop highly innovative, efficient and reliable software solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Write front-end and back-end code with a deep understanding of coding best practices.  
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot your systems in staging and production environments.
• Our stack includes, AWS, GCP, React(Next.js), React Native, Node.js, Typescript and Python.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 4+ years of building and delivering production-quality software systems.
• Experience in mobile development, Android and iOS.
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Commitment to delivery.
• Broad understanding of the whole engineering stack, from databases to UI.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React.
• Experience with serverless architecture.
• Experience with Typescript or another strongly typed language.
• Experience building high-impact user experiences.
• Experience managing infrastructure in a cloud environment like AWS or GCP.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodology.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
