We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Graphic Developer at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo. This position may temporarily or intermittently work from home based on State and local guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic. When guidelines are lifted, this position will be located at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo.
The Graphic Developer will work with web developer and graphic designer to design, build, proof, and deploy automated marketing emails and website content. We want someone who can apply content to our templates, as well as produce custom styling when appropriate.
The Marketing Department provides support to our Learning Center Division, Lindamood-Bell Academy, Lindamood-Bell for Schools Division, and corporate departments.
This is a regular full-time position.

REQUIREMENTS:
Graphic and web design experience
Proficient in Adobe Suite (including, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
Coding experience preferred (hand coding HTML, CSS, JS/ jQuery)
Wordpress experience
A minimum of an associate's (2 year) degree or equivalent experience in graphics/web design
Ability to evolve/adapt to changing workflow, take creative direction, and follow directions
Detail-driven, innovative thinker, eye for design
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and creativity
Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances.
Must sign Lindamood-Bell’s Confidentiality Agreement.
