    Killgore Pearlman, an Orlando-based law firm, seeks a full-time Probate, Trust, and Guardianship Paralegal. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of probate and guardianship administration. This is not a remote position and requires to be in office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Responsibilities: • Assist with the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianship • Prepare petitions and related court filings, including annual accountings • Maintain financial records for use in the preparation of asset inventory accountings and tax returns • Have a “client-first” mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Resolve complex and non-routine client issues and inquiries promptly • Able to review and understand bank statements and other financial documents • Strong verbal, written, and proofreading skills • Coordinate with outside vendors such as CPAs and transfer agents to collect data, account information, and various other information from various financial institutions • Able to manage a high caseload Qualifications: • Extremely organized and detail-oriented while accomplishing tasks appropriately • Self-motivated and capable of working independently • Knowledge of Probate and Guardianship filings and forms • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite and ADOBE • Time Management and deadline-oriented Compensation: $57,000 - $60,000 yearly
