Responsibilities: Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Prospect daily and generate leads • Attend community events Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • 2 Million plus in personal sales volume or at least 6 closed sides per year • Be willing to work full time • Available evening and weekends • Own a clean professional vehicle Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000
