Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on many social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru! Responsibilities: Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Qualifications: Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude Expert in forward design concepts B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors 2+ years of experience in Marketing Team player Compensation: $25,000 - $35,000
