Job Description: Kimber Martial Arts is currently hiring a Party Host, responsible for planning and running our birthday parties and social events as well as promoting our school/programs at community events. Position Requirements: Ability to work evenings and weekends Highly energetic Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Experience working with children Effective leadership and motivational skills Effective time management Adept sales skills Clean background check Preferred Qualifications: Black Belt in any style of martial arts Certified Martial Arts Instructor Experience: Working with school age children: 1 year REQUIRED Customer service: 1 year REQUIRED Physical Demands: Must be comfortable speaking in large groups to both children and adults Must be able to sit/stand for an extended period of time Must be comfortable working in a loud, fast paced environment Compensation: Starts at $9/hour. Average trained staff member earns $11-$13/hour. Hours of work: Part-time hours vary based on need. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
