    Kimbrell’s Furniture is growing and looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Corporate team. The position performs accounting and clerical tasks related accounts payable transactions, ensuring that all payables and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently in our accounting systems.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner

    Verify vendor information and invoice details

    Obtain necessary approvals for payments

    Prepare and issue checks

    Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

    Responds to vendor inquiries

    Research and resolve discrepancies

    Stay up to date on changes to accounting policies and procedures

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    1+ years of experience in accounts payable

    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of the team
