Collector is the liaison between Kimbrell’s Furniture and our valued customers. Employees in these roles are responsible for communicating directly with customers.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as a mind for problem-solving to work with customers to resolve their debts and collect payment. A high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent record keeping ensure that payment plans are recorded and followed as agreed.
Responsibilities:
Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status
Minimize objections for payment and suggest available customer-friendly payment options
Update account status and database regularly
Door to door collection

Requirements:
Cooperative disposition and ability to work in a team setting
Positive attitude
Desire to learn and develop professionally
Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly and effectively
Excellent communication skills
Some experience in collections/outbound and inbound collection preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate
Operating hours vary from Mon - Sat 10am and 6pm and Sundays 11am-7pm
