    What You’ll Do

    As a CSR, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a seamless and positive experience:

    ✨ Customer Experience & Engagement

    Deliver a welcoming and professional experience in every interaction

    Build strong relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business

    Guide customers through their journey—from first visit to ongoing support

    📈 Sales Support & Business Growth

    Partner with the sales team to help drive revenue

    Assist with follow-ups, outreach, and customer engagement

    Support promotions, events, and in-store initiatives

    💳 Customer Accounts & Financing

    Help customers understand financing options and payment plans

    Assist with credit applications and transactions

    Provide solutions-oriented support for account questions

    Maintain accurate records and documentation

    Use POS systems and tools efficiently

    Support daily store operations and team collaboration
