Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the family law firm in Austin, TX, US, focusing on enhancing team performance and optimizing systems. • Lead the implementation of firm policies and procedures in collaboration with the owner, ensuring compliance and efficiency. • Collaborate on the development and integration of new initiatives within the family law firm to drive growth and success. • Elevate administrative functions within the firm, fostering a culture where efficient systems contribute to business excellence. • Maintain a professional and positive work environment by facilitating communication and information sharing among staff members. • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify and achieve short- and long-term organizational goals for the family law firm. • Prepare and manage the organization's budget, ensuring financial stability and responsible resource allocation. • Handle accounting functions such as billing, financial statement preparation, report management, and collections as necessary. • Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and consultants to optimize the firm's operations and enhance efficiency. • Manage accountants for audits, tax returns, and the production of required reports to ensure compliance with legal standards. • Develop and implement operational and human resource policies to maintain high-quality services within the family law firm. • Provide assistance with human resource management tasks as needed to support the staff and enhance operational efficiency.
