 Our client a a full service property management company is looking for a Recruiter/HR Coordinator for the facility in Irvine. The ideal candidate will be open to wearing multiple hats and will hit the ground running upon starting the role. PAY: $20.00-$25.00 LOCATION: Tustin, CA DURATION: Temp to hire JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT LIMITED TO:

• Strategically using recruiting strategies to source top talent
• Full cycle recruiting including building a strong relationship with the hiring managers to understand the needs
• Building a strong relationship with the partners of the company to develop new initiates for current and new employees
• Support employees with any HR needs 
• Onboard all new hires and ensure full compliance throughout their tenure. 
• Remained well verse in Health and Welfare Benefits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: 

• Bachelors Degree
• 2 years of Recruiting and HR experience 
• PC Skills including Microsoft office suite and Corrigo and Rent Manger
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills.
