Established manufacturer in South Orange County is looking for an experienced Product Liability Claims Representative to join their growing team! In this important role you will manage product claims and litigation by providing excellent customer service through efficient claims processing. Will handle all aspects of claims processing including investigation, reserving, evaluation, defense and negotiation. Will prepare technical documents such as arbitration contentions and coordinate responses to requests. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of hands on experience in a risk management or insurance claims environment including handling manufacturing product liability claims a plus.
• Must have strong working knowledge of the litigation process and experience managing claims in suit
• Strong working knowledge of Arbitrations Forums and their processes
• Work experience performing routine tests of products involved in liability issues and documenting of findings preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Riskonnect Risk Management Information System, a plus
• During non-Covid times must be willing to travel on a very minimal basis (but no travel will be needed during the first year).
