LOCATION: SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA SALARY:  DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE

DUTIES SUMMARY:

• Lead the analysis and implementation of various system changes within our HRIS programs.
• Manage the configuration of Paycom program changes and ongoing maintenance of various modules including Performance Management, Compensation, Reporting Analytics, Benefits, etc.  
• Participate in the identification, analysis, recommendation, configuration, implementation and support of various new HR and Benefits systems as well as the HRIS.
• Monitoring and setting up and maintaining existing integrations/connections and making modifications. Identify and troubleshoot irregularities.
• Develop and maintain HRIS system administration documentation (configuration, training, administration, guides etc.)
• Understand the impact that changes in Paycom will have on various departments including finance, payroll, marketing, IT, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of related HRIS experience
• Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multitask, work with multiple personalities and have a thick skin, and motivation to learn.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Technically savvy
• Paycom experience
• MS Office
