Job Description

Kimco Staffing is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will be bilingual Spanish/English, have 3+ years of experience in dealing with employee relations issues at a multi-site level.

LOCATION: WORK FROM HOME

PAY RANGE: $30 + DOE

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Administer, track and process all requests for Leave of Absence for temporary associates
• Ability to conduct employment issues investigations
• Respond to all inquiries received by the HR department
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Minimum of 3 years in Staffing /Human Resources
• Bilingual Spanish
• Strong organization, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under stress, with interruptions and deadline
• Successful time management skills
