    Job Description

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·       Update and maintain customer account information

    ·       Enter new orders and follow up with customers to ensure world class customer care

    ·       Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer's issue, determining the cause of the issue, clarifying the best solution to solve the problem and expediting a correction or adjustment

    ·       Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments as needed

    ·       Review customer account balances and create order invoices

    ·       Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

    ·       Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ·       Minimum 2+ years of working experience in a similar role

    ·       Outstanding listening, comprehension and oral/written communication - including grammar, spelling, punctuation and writing composition skills

    ·       Strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

    ·       Precise documentation skills with great attention to detail

    ·       Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

    ·       Problem solver with an analytical mindset

    ·       Team player, competitive, and egoless
