ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for an Estimator, responsible to coordinate full estimating services on large, complex work, and all types of contracts. The average project size is 2,000-300,000 SF and $10-$80 million. The Estimator will be working on Multi-family/Mixed-Use, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Education, and Industrial projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar degree from an accredited institution, preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years estimating experience in construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, estimating, schedules and safety required.
• Excellent Office Suite skills, specifically Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Proven success in securing projects profitably.
• Business line financial accountability experience.
