ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for an Architect to lead the in-house design department and operate as part of a close-knit crew working on mission-critical Federal facilities, such as Hangars, Drone Training Facilities, and Secure Offices. Duties include: Architectural design support for RFQ/RFP phases, Design-Build project design management, Design-Bid-Build project support and coordination with outside design disciplines, and participation in the Post Award Kick-off, Partnering, Design Development, and Coordination and Mutual Understanding Meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years professional experience developing designs from concept to 100% IFC.
• Degree in Architecture or substantially similar field.
• Possess valid, current California Architect's License.
• Experience in design development and construction documents.
• Excellent Autocad drafting skills.
• Experience with 3D modeling skills is a plus.
