Our Client is a General Contractor in Sacramento, Oregon and Washington specializing in Fire Damage & Disaster Restoration and Home Remodeling for both residential and commercial properties.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a residential Designer, experienced with AutoCAD to hopefully be a lead in the department. Typical responsibilities include: sketch existing houses/buildings, draw floor plans, meet with customers to go over design and submit permits to building department. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must have education, training and experience with construction design programs such as AutoCAD, BIM, VDC, Revit, etc. 

Preference for designers with residential experience.
