ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Superintendent to coordinate and supervise all construction activities. Responsible for directing all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications. REQUIREMENTS:

4-year college degree preferred, but not required. Desirable study concentration in construction management.

3+ years of relevant experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction

Experience with technical biotech projects and experience managing multiple projects at one time.
