The company has an inhouse BIM department using the latest technology to perform full scopes of metal-stud framing, drywall, lath, plaster and fireproofing. 

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible for management of prefabrication wall-panel projects, leveraging their extensive knowledge of prefabrication construction management principles and demonstrated mastery of communication and workflow coordination. Offer timely and accurate reporting to management, interface with internal team, design, and trade partners as well as relevant vendors to ensure all aspects of design, planning, product selection and execution are fully considered and successful.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have experience with plaster & lathe techniques. 

Applicants must have experience with prefab interior wall panels.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience with an interiors subcontractor at the Project Manager level. 

DBIA and LEAN affiliations are preferred.

Industry related competencies such as BIM related platforms like Revit/Naviswork, Digital plan room applications and field technology.

Must demonstrate mastery of technical computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, Blue beam, Smart Sheet, OST and Quick bid, Plexxis and Winbid, and other job specific technical software.
