ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Vice President in the DC market area. Responsible for healthcare client portfolios and project team management. Seeking seasoned professionals with great track-records of employment throughout their careers that may have hit a glass ceiling with their current employer. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have a 4 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a similar discipline. 

Applicants must have at least 8 years of Project Management, Estimating or Field Management experience within general commercial construction. 

Applicants must have business development experience within commercial general contracting. 

Applicants must have a project portfolio with similar healthcare projects of the size and scope of this company.
