ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Chief Estimator in the Florida market. , to manage and administer department functions including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, work assignment, performance evaluations, etc.. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and experience requirements include: 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience with Mechanical (Wet side and Dry side), Plumbing, Medical Gas, BMS Controls and Duct work.

Extensive (10 or more, years) experience in similar facility construction estimating and related functions plus thorough knowledge of corporate objective impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts required.
