ABOUT THE POSITION:

Seeking a Superintendent, responsible for leading projects at-risk up to a determined amount in scope. Accountable for contributing to client satisfaction and company profitability through the direction of all aspects of the project that will ensure the project meets safety, schedule, quality and expectations of the customer and company.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelors' Degree from an accredited institution in related field; or equivalent experience in the construction industry, required.
• Recent relatable project experience, successfully completed from start to finish, required. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, required.
• Construction software usage, Contract Documents and Job Documentation, required.
• Understanding of Cost/Estimating, preferred.
• Critical path method (CPM) project scheduling, preferred.
