They specialize in diagnostic survey, repair, refurbishment, bridge bearings and cathodic protection of reinforced concrete in the building, civil and marine sectors and their clients include major and specialist contractors, state DOT's, Local Authorities, and developers. 

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Vice President of Operations, reporting to the CEO, and responsible for the overall operations of structural repair activities in the Mid-Atlantic and South-Atlantic Regions. Repair activities to include concrete repairs, strengthening, corrosion protection, coatings and waterproofing. Managing the delivery of projects totaling over $30 million annually and managing a team of Operations Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents and field employees across 2 regional offices. 

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of heavy civil and/or concrete contracting experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Complete understanding of the construction concrete repair industry.

Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products, construction scheduling software.

Extensive knowledge of financial operations.

Proven risk management and contracting knowledge.
