ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Traveling Superintendent, responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion of ground up construction as well as supporting property management and tenant improvement projects. Primarily focused on managing distribution center and warehouse builds throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related area.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience, ideally gained within a commercial general contractor in a Superintendent, Project Engineer, or other relative position.
• Experience in Tilt Wall Construction a must.
• Applicants must be willing to travel for projects.
• Applicants must have previous precast or tilt-up warehouse & distribution center project experience.
