ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Superintendent in the Cincinnati, Ohio, market. The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities, supervises all field personnel required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, communicating with Project Managers, Field Managers, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Commercial experience highly preferred.

3+ years as a successful Project Superintendent.

Strong drywall, Tile, Metal Framing, Acoustic Ceilings and Finish Out is highly desired.

Detail oriented with strong written and communication skills.

Experience operating independently.
