ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Business Developer, responsible for sales and account management in the Colorado mechanical industry. Selling to commercial facility owners, end-users, general contractors and engineers. The goal is to support and meet the overall sales objectives of the Service Group.  Drive the sale of service capabilities, as well those of the industrial, commercial and special projects groups.  Utilizes selling, pricing, and management skills to support the Service team in securing service work and designing preventive maintenance contracts to satisfy the client's needs and achieve a fair profit for the company.

Requirements:

Applicants must have experience within the commercial mechanical construction industry and preferably previous sales experience.
