ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a CFO to be a part of the leadership team,  to drive and manage the Asset Management, Long Term Strategic Direction, Finance, Technology and Data, Customer Service and Support, and Regulatory Affairs functions of the company. Overall, the mission of the Chief Financial Officer is to secure the revenues and profitability of a high-growth entrepreneurial company while delivering innovative programs to a marketplace poised for significant growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working with GC markets, Civil, Site Work, Parks & Recreation, Concrete, Street Improvements, Traffic Control, and/or Masonry.

Experience managing all aspects of engineering, procurement and construction, and operations teams; to include a broad range of project sizes, vendors, and partners. 

Experience hiring, leading and motivating highly effective teams. 

Entrepreneurial spirit. 

Preference for formal training in LEAN operations. 

Steady work history and strong references.
