ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for Mechanical Detailer with BIM/REVIT experience. After an initial training period to understand methods and means this role could be remote/virtual for an experienced detailer. Commercial HVAC experience is a MUST. Air Systems /duct drawing experience is a MUST. Mechanical Pipe/HVAC experience is a PLUS.

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 5+ years of Detailing Experience is essential. 

Proficiency in BIM/REVIT drawing.

A background in Detailing for Commercial Buildings is essential. 

Past work on High Rise Buildings is a PLUS

Past successful record of meeting project milestones is essential.

Ability to work on a team and coordinate with team members and the Detailing Manager is essential.

Past field experience is a PLUS.
