ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A prominent Architecture firm in the south-central PA market that is in a growth mode.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Project Architect is responsible for overall project design and management under the direction and review by the President of the company. This includes application of a high degree of technical skills, building code compliance, project administration, schedule, cost, and quality control.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing client relationship including proposal development, presentation, contract management, and client communication.
Manages and coordinates design team including outside design firms/consultants, and inside resources.
Responsible for the overall production of project design drawings and construction documents.
Responsible for Construction Administration of projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a recognized branch of Architectural Engineering under a curriculum accredited by the NAAB and NCARB.
Minimum of 7 years total experience with an architectural firm.
CADD experience required. REVIT experience preferred.
