ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a plumbing and HVAC Estimator for the Bay Area to work as part of the Estimating Team on large mechanical construction projects. Salary dependent on experience level, company provides full benefits and 401K.

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of (5) years of estimating experience.

Previous experience working on a team, meeting project estimating milestones, preparing take-off information on a software estimating program, reading blueprints, and an understanding of system design. 

Previous experience from the field is a PLUS. 

Past experience with Bay Area area vendors is a PLUS. 

Large Project estimating experience is a PLUS.
