ABOUT THE POSITION:

Hiring for a Chief Estimator with the skills and expertise to represent a valued tradition in the marketplace, and with their own initiative, responsible to enhance the work of all the men and women who have built the reputation of the company for over 100 years.  Salary Negotiable. REQUIREMENTS:

10-20 years of experience with large project work, $10M and larger. 

Experience managing up to (10) estimators with the required organization, leadership, and estimating abilities to move projects forward efficiently and in a timely manner. 

An understanding of plan/spec estimating is essential, with the ability to set and schedule/meet project milestones . 

A conceptual estimating background is desired with past experience working with engineers, pre-construction, the sales team, and project managers. 

A Mechanical Engineering degree is a PLUS. 

Past experience with Hospital/OSHHPD, University-College, Life Science, Facility/High-Tech, and large Commercial work is a PLUS.
