    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    Hiring for a Staff Accountant, responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including but not limited to: Review and enter vendor invoices against purchase orders, month-end closing, account reconciliations, customer invoicing, human resources/payroll, track vendor insurance requirements, track vendor releases and preliminary notices, purchase order processing, ordering and keeping track of materials & inventory, maintaining all accounting files and spreadsheets among other duties. 

    REQUIREMENTS:

    BA degree in related field.

    Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

    Extensive knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, Outlook, Job Costing Program, AIA forms, Project Management.
